The head of Mexicali Studio's Cloning Division, Austrian born Doctor Schmoctor is the self-proclaimed leader of his field. And, yes, he's well aware of the "American humor" associated with his name. He has successfully cloned dozens of long dead stars from Hollyworld's Golden Age (the 2020's), including Mexicali Studio's top draw, the alluring Venessa.

Schmoctor is a clone as well. Or maybe he's not. There seems to be some disagreement between the doctor and the mirror image of himself, who runs the black market cloning operation on the bad side of town, about who's the original and who's the clone.

Ultimately, though, the point is moot. They are both equally brilliant, arrogant, twisted and short.
