The Brooks Brothers is a Hollyworld street gang, known for their impeccable tailoring and their violent tempers. They make their income "fleecing hippies" and salvaging discarded DNA from the Mexicali Studios dumpsters, which they then sell to the Black Market Cloning Cartell.

Lyle Monroe uses them as his "ears on the street," the term they prefer to "snitches." In exchange for a crisp, new "Gates" (a 1,000 dollar bill), the boys give him the fresh dirt. Although they remain annonymous, Lyle refers to them as Brackett and Wilder, and they don't seem to mind. Despite their little "arrangement," Lyle still watches his back when he leaves.
